At KrKrafts, we take pride in creating personalized and custom-made gifts just for you! Due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds. Please read our policy carefully.

1.  Refund Eligibility for Customized Products
  • Personalized or custom-made products are non-refundable unless there is a defect, damage, or an error on our part (such as incorrect personalization).
  • Refunds are accepted only within 15 days from the date of delivery for non-personalized items or defective custom products.
  • To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Custom-made or personalized products (e.g., products with names, dates, or special designs specified by the customer).
  • Gift cards.
  • Digital downloads or electronic gift certificates.
3. Refunds for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly personalized, we are happy to offer a refund or replacement. To request a refund:

  1. Contact our customer service within 15 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number, a detailed explanation of the issue, and include clear photos showing the defect or error in personalization.
  3. Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product (if necessary), or we may proceed with a refund/replacement based on the evidence provided.
4. Refund Request Process for Non-Personalized Items

For non-personalized products:

  1. You may request a refund within 15 days of delivery.
  2. The item must be unused, in the original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  3. Detailed explanation and photos of any issues must be provided when contacting customer support.
  4. Once your refund request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
5. Return Shipping
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returning products, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
6. Refund Approval and Timeline
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • If rejected, we will inform you of the reason, such as issues with the condition of the product or if the item is outside of the refund period.
7. No Direct Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for custom or personalized items. If you wish to order a different product, please request a refund for the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

8. Exceptions
  • Refunds will not be granted for minor color variations, font differences, or small changes that are part of the customization process unless they significantly deviate from what was specified in your order.
  • In the case of delayed delivery (more than 7 days beyond the expected delivery date), the refund window will be extended accordingly.
9. Order Cancellations
  • Due to the customized nature of our products, orders cannot be canceled once they are in production. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Important Reminders:

  • Customization is a personal process, and slight variations can occur. We strive for perfection but cannot guarantee that the final product will be an exact match to previews/mockups, especially with handmade or artisan items.
  • We reserve the right to decline refund requests that are not in line with the conditions stated above.
